FIS Interview Questions

Got contacted by HR about the position. After going over a few basic screening questions, she told me to follow up with some times for an interview with HM via email, but I never got a follow-up. I even emailed her a couple times asking for updates but got no responses. FIS seems to have a bad habit of just ghosting candidates.

Very communicative throughout the process. Everyone was very friendly and straightforward. In the end I didn’t get the position but the team still tried for months after to find another one.

I submitted an application and spoke to HR a few days later. They asked for my availability for a follow up interview but they followed up. I sent a few emails, but they just ghosted me.

It was a good experience. I was hired and the process was smooth. The hiring Manager kept me informed. I understood the process and the background check was quick and through.

3 rounds of interviews telephonic , F2F Tech round , and Hr round discussion . , , , , , , , , , , , , . . . . . .

Great questions and processed fast. HR movements were on time. Payment discussion was not as expected with more negotiations. Over all, it was a good experience. Good perks given like lunch, phone and modem

Fairly easy. Consists of 3-4 rounds. 2 technical and one HR round. 1 aptitude test. Fairly easy if basics are clear. Sql is also asked as a part of the process. Basic sql elated to creating tables , updating tables and dropping tables

The hiring manager I interviewed with was very unprofessional. Refused to put his zoom camera on because he “wasn’t interview ready”. Also, continuously cut me off throughout the interview. However, everyone else I interviewed with was very friendly and easy to talk to. Each stage of interview process consisted of a 30 minute one-on-one zoom interview.

First would be an Initial Interview, then they'll ask you to take an Assesment basically to gauge your English communication skills, Grammar and Typing speed. Then, the Final Interview. If you're lucky to pass all this, last would be the Job Offer.

Smooth process of the int and HR was very professional ans the manager was very professional. Once done with the first round of interview rest of the process was done quickly.
