The interview process started when I was directly referred by a friend to the manager. Then they requested my resume and we had a conversation that led us to the next level to my acceptance, where they asked about my previous experiences, my current employment by the time we first met for an interview. Before following to the next levels they ran a background check, and I also brought a reference letter which I believe it helped to succeed the process.
