Communication is subpar, I was screened by several different interviewers who all asked the same questions, after I updated one of the interviewers they then decided to interview using skype, I was asked the same questions during the skype interview nor did the person who did the interview know anything, she was just a receptionist doing the interview and after that interview I was told that the company would be back in touch with me nor did they even have a license in the state which I applied too. Finally after all of that I never heard from the company ever again and I tried contacting for a follow-up but I was told they would get back with me and still to this day never did. which already showed me a lot about the quality of this company and how professional they are. I am assuming its due to licensing issues within my state but The lack of communication or keeping me updated was a very bad and confusing experience.
