The interviewer was unprepared and all over the board. It was supposed to be a half hour initial interview but ended up being an hour. I don't care it lasted longer, but the interviewer was only talking about herself the whole time and her past jobs/experiences. Throughout the hour I was only asked two questions - Tell me a little about yourself and have you ever used Salesforce.

Question 1
Tell me a little about yourself and have you ever used Salesforce.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fair Food Network
Interview
intensive process for mid-40k role: 30-min 1-on-1, 3-hour skills assessment, and 1-hour interview with 5 staff members. afterwards (three months after I originally applied), I was told that none of the candidates were selected & I did not have enough experience for the position in the first place, despite going through 3 rounds of interviews. it was an unfortunate waste of everyone’s time and it seems like this organization doesn’t really have all of their stuff together.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fair Food Network (Detroit, MI) in Jul 2019
Interview
It was a very long, thorough process. I had a phone interview first, then a written skills assessment, finally leading up to a two-part in-person interview (pt. 1 was one-on-one, pt. 2 was a group).
