I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at FairPrice Group in Feb 2026
Interview
I interviewed for the Senior Product Manager role and the entire process took more than four months to conclude. There were six interviews in total and the HR only provided updates after I followed up a few times. In between the six interviews, there were also multiple rescheduling and some were quite last minute.
In the final round with the team lead, he requested to meet on a public holiday which I declined to do so. When we eventually had the interview virtually, he also refused to turn on his camera and dropped off abruptly, which I found to be quite unprofessional.
Based on HR feedback, I did well on all five rounds except with the lead, who had determined that I was more of an 'operational' level PM. Given my experience and seniority, I find that to be quite amusing to move a candidate along for months and pass multiple rounds only to come to that conclusion after wasting so much of my time.

Question 1
There is a case study of which you will be asked to walk through your thought process
Quite lean: HR call -> Hiring Manager -> Director Interview. Can be quite fast if they are interested in you as I completed the whole process in 2 weeks. Interview was physical at their Joo Koon Office
HR call (first round) was typical where i learnt more about the role, team structure and the HR got to know more about my skills as well. However, SQL was an experience that they seem to require. They also probe if you are comfortable travelling to office location
