Interview
For any job seeker, the first step to do is that to log on to fairmontcareers.com to apply online. The second step, once you submitted your application, you will be sent a link to your email and you have to complete an online interview which is called FSI (Fairmont Selection Interview). It's a mandatory interview which every Fairmont colleague will have to be able to pass minimum score. The third step, if you pass the test, meaning that you're recommended to work for Fairmont, you will be then called for face to face interview with head department of the position that you apply for.
