Very simple. They mostly ask about you and your experiences and the connection of your previous job to what you applied for (if any). They also accepted me as a fresh grad with no experience so it was an quite easy process.

This is a very long process, there is like 3 different interviews. Took me 6 weeks to complete all of them and get an offer. The people are all very kind and keep you informed of the process though.
