Falkor interview questions

Straightforward interview. Asked about experience in energy industry; experience with consulting etc. Received offer (very low for my experience) - pulled offer when I attempted to negotiate in good faith.

First, it started as a preliminary interview over Teams or Zoom. Very simple questions and an informal get to know you. It’s done by team lead. Second interview is in office, about 2-3 hours long. You are interviewed by two additional employees. Additionally, you have around a 30 minute to 1 hour quiz over their simulation system, K-Spice. I completed these, was not compensated for driving 4 hours roundtrip and was ghosted. I sent them an email after the second interview, was told I would hear back from them in about a week. They had been in communication with me prior by number and email, so they completely ignored me after.
