Interview
It was quick, straight to the point. They want to know you have the right experience and education. If you can show them you qualify, your in. They are always hiring new staff.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Family Intervention Nurturing Empowerment (San Diego, CA) in Sept 2018
Interview
I have interviewed at multiple companies for similar positions and none of them were like this. For starters, there was a checklist twelve items long of things I would need to bring with me to the interview. The interview was conducted inside a senior center and I was given no instructions as to where inside the center the interview was taking place, nor were there any signs indicating it. Once I finally found the room, I entered it and three people sitting at a table turned to look at me. I asked if I was in the right place and they said yes and gestured for me to sit down at a different table. As I was waiting I realized they were finishing up an interview with another applicant! While she was interviewing, two more applicants came in and sat down. They then called my name and looked over my resume in silence for several minutes. Finally they began to ask questions, and it felt more like an interrogation than an interview. They asked a lot of leading questions (i.e. “If you didn’t end up liking this job, what would you do?”) that seem designed to put me on edge. While being interviewed, other applicants continued to enter the room, causing an interruption in my interview process. The whole process felt designed to make the applicant feel intimidated and uncomfortable. No one is their best self on an interview while there are multiple other potential applicants listening in on your interview as well as applicants coming in and interrupting you while you are being interviewed. This was the most unprofessional interview I have ever experienced. Your applicants deserve to have an uninterrupted, private interview with interviewers who are not trying to intimidate them.
