Interview
You apply on their website, short and simple, no resume to upload, just simple questions about availability and your email and phone number. You'll get a call, and you'll have a phone interview. Everything is electronic, there's nothing in person until after you're hired. Once you got the job, you'll have to schedule a 2 hour training session.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Favor (Houston, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
You will just submit very basic information online, then they will schedule you to attend a short group orientation in person at a conference room near you. I believe we watched a video. We received our delivery bag there as well, but I think you wait up to a couple weeks for the runner credit card in the mail.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Favor (Austin, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
There was no interview. You just have to show up to one of the orientations where they explain a little bit about the company and how to use the app to do deliveries. They'll give you a shirt and then you are pretty much on your way. After that you have to sign up for slots to do the actual deliveries.
