I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FedEx (Carol Stream, IL)
Interview
Had an easy phone interview, basically just screening to make sure they're bringing people capable of the job. Then they invited me to an orientation with a group of people and went over the physical demands of the job. If you thought you could handle it then they pretty much hired you.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
