I applied online. Received a phone call telling me to schedule a tour of the facilities followed by the full interview process. The whole process probable took up an entire morning (probably around 4 hours). Had to see a number of work safety videos with the other applicants. We were then called up one by one to interview with the manager.

Describe something challenging that happened at a job and how did you deal with it
There was not an interview process for this job. I completed the application and waited about two or three days before I was given a conditional offer that expired in 72 hours.
Easy, wasnt much of a process to be honest they pretty much hire anyone. You have to pass the drug test. I went in and sat in an office and the lady went over the job description and then you do a drug test in a medical office up the street.
