I applied online, through Indeed.com. I had a phone interview, and they called me the next week with an offer. I was contacted by an HR rep. who informed me about my salary ($18/hr. because I was going into my senior year), and informed me that I was to take a drug test and do a background check (all paid for). The first time that I ever entered the building was the day that I started my internship.

The interview process was pretty simple. I applied online and received a phone call a few days later saying that the department wanted to schedule and interview with me. I had a phone call interview, and answer mainly BAR questions.
