The hiring and interview process was market related, nothing new. The process lasted approximately 3 weeks including the interview stage. There is submission of applications and the process of screening follows. If you make it pass the screening, you’ll be called in for an interview.
It was not too difficult, the interviewer might expect you to know about a couple of technical things so be prepared.
Overall it was a good experience and the questions asked were role appropriate.

Duidelijk informatief en open vragen, kennismakingsgesprek met in de 2 de fase kans om mijn skills te promoten. Duidelijke kijk op wat ze verwachten en wat ik kan bijbrengen in het integratie traject
Quite difficult and technical however it can be manage through a thorough or constant learning to pass the interview. The interviewer were nice and helpful. The first step of interview being held is to accomplished the focus discussion group, second step were being interviewed by HR and the final step would be with board of director
