Interview
The hiring manager conducted the interview directly. He was friendly, calm and maintained an environment conducive for a healthy conversation. He explained the role in detail and the importance of the role to the company. The interview lasted for 50 minutes. I believe the company looks for overall fit in terms of past experience, attitude to work and ambitions. He was also kind enough to explain the transition he has made from his previous job and explained the company's interest in maintaining a multicultural environment.
The process was standard. It was a behavioral interview. They were late to the meeting, but once we got started everything was fine. Be sure to use the STAR method when answering questions.

What is the biggest challenge you have faced in a team environment?
quick phone call where an interviewer called and started with basic questions. His phone kept cutting out which was a bit annoying and it cut into the interview time. He asked how close I was to the office location and if I would have transportation there
I had a virtual screening, and then a second round interview. All over within 2-3 weeks. It wasn't difficult and questions are standard. Be sure to use STAR method in your responses.
