I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FedEx (Littleton, CO) in May 2015
Interview
Nothing out of the ordinary. I sat down with both the morning and afternoon managers who took turns asking the general, "Describe a time when you had to deal with situation X" type questions. These were followed by some questions regarding driving ability/history and finally an overview of what is expected while in the position. This all wrapped up with the position being offered to me.
