A brief meeting with a manager describing what the job would entail and discussing former work history. Prior to the meeting, a prospective employee has to tour the facility and pass a background check. The interview also takes place in the facility.

Are you capable of bending over and moving for hours at a time in an unair-conditioned warehouse?
There was not an interview process for this job. I completed the application and waited about two or three days before I was given a conditional offer that expired in 72 hours.
Easy, wasnt much of a process to be honest they pretty much hire anyone. You have to pass the drug test. I went in and sat in an office and the lady went over the job description and then you do a drug test in a medical office up the street.

Easy no interview just applied online and got a call moving forward in process. Was allowed to pick my own shift. Three shifts were available for me to choose from
