Lengthy interview process. Automated resume review which is difficult to get through to interview. Use a recruiter. FedEx is a great company and delivers great product. Would love to work there someday.

They use STAR format, which if you are not familiar, can be awkward. Once you get the hang of it though, it makes sense and keeps the interview on-point and all about your work experience.

Very friendly and to the point. I spend the night before preparing and taking notes on the company to take with me. I was asked about my experience and how familiar I was with certain document management sites.
