Q2: Tell us more about your latest intern experience in *** company.
Q3: Some behavior questions like what’s your role in the group, what will you do to tackle difficulties in your work, tell us an experience when you do something beyond leaders expectations etc.
The process is fast and includes interviews with senior managers and 2 tests.
The first few interviews are relaxed and show FedEx and the job to do. The tests are basic and, in my view, are somewhat limiting, not allowing people to stand out.
Although fast, the process applied by FedEx left a lot to be desired as there were questions that were not appropriate (for example, the person had to know the company as if he worked there for at least 1 year ...) and never in the company reveals wage values and / or benefits, so you don't know what to expect...

I applied online and was contacted a month or so later. I was interviewed by two people using their online video conferencing software (like Skype). Asked 5 behavioral questions, and if I had any questions for them. They let me know I would find out the decision a few weeks later.
