I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Anaheim, CA) in Mar 2025
Interview
There is no interview for this position but rather just all online submission, communication, and onboarding, if selected. What is troubling is the inability to check on application status, get a live person to answer questions that lead to actual results, and the length of time to complete the onboarding process.

Question 1
Part of the application process included an assessment. Completion of the assessment invloves answers to workplace scenarios to determine fitness for the role. One question asked about how to handle seeing a co-worker doing something known to be against company policy.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
