Feedback Market Research interview questions

I was just required to perform a test with no questions about my potentials or any introduction about the company or the role. The one who gave me the test didn’t even introduce her title and gave me the test with no instructions at all. I did it better than required tho, but I needed to know how they wanted it to be done. I used advanced programs that they don’t even use to perform that task.

I was being interviewed by the M.D of the company and I have been asked about myself and details about me and my qualifications. Also they asked me how I found about this job and why should we hire you for this position.
