The first two interviews went really well, with quick feedback. In the last one, with the Head of the Department, it was very clear that she had already chosen someone—the 1-hour interview actually lasted only 35 minutes—and she asked me the same questions as the Project Manager. I got the impression that she didn’t even know why she was there.
