No feedback for close to 1 month after they conducted 2 interviews, I had to reach out to them to get an update before I was given an update... It's so unprofessional.

Just don’t show yourself too much. Pay is low so they feel you are overqualified. They actually treat interviewers well but with the workload, the pay is too low. If one is staying around landmark it should be okay though.
