Filsinger Energy Partners interview questions

Prior to the process, I communicated my minimum salary requirements. Went through a screening interview then several on-site interviews with junior and senior level individuals including the founder. The questions were technical as well as behavioral. The founder noted that they had many different "ethnisissities - or whatever the word is" represented. In the end, the offer was below my previously communicated minimum (and well below market) and showed a complete disregard for my time.
