Interview
The first step is to have a test in which there are questions and tasks. Depending on the devision/department/governance for which the questions are asked, they are the subject matter to be addressed. The next step after taking the test is to conduct an interview. After the interview, if you choose you are called, and if you dropped you send an email about it.
