The technical rounds were well-conducted, focusing precisely on the skills required for the job, effectively assessing a candidate's capabilities. However, the behavioural round was unstructured, featuring unrelated questions and expecting only templated responses. At Fincobox, thinking outside the box doesn't seem to be encouraged. Additionally, when follow-up questions were asked, the interviewer often remained silent. Ironically, this was later cited as feedback, stating that I didn't ask questions and made assumptions instead.
