Average interview process. Talk with HR, then with tech lead, followed by higher management and then hiring manager. Discussion of solutions to some technical problems. Decision was made in about 3 weeks. Did have to email HR to get decision.

Questions about past projects and how you would solve some same company related problems.
Initial call to clarify role and company as well as my background followed by a system design question. Very informal and just discussed the solution together. Finally a call with HR for formalities. Quite a simple process.
