I applied online. I interviewed at FirstNet Learning
Interview
Started out great, but went way downhill for me at the end. Very conversational in interviewing and a very friendly laid back environment; it seemed that the company really wanted to get to know you and your feel for working and joining their culture.
That made it all the more disappointing when they didn't even as much as call or send an email when they didn't choose me as the candidate for their team. I understand that another candidate may have been better, but after basically having you pour your heart out for a job, not even an email saying, hey we picked someone else, sorry, is a little disheartening.
Seemed like a cool place, but will never really know.
The process was a phone-screen, followed by an in-person interview with the team, and then a second round of interviews to demonstrate your skill-set.
