I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fission Labs (Hyderābād) in Dec 2023
Interview
Great interview process along with some great leaders and HRs.
The position I applied for was Nodejs Developer. I was approached through Linkedin, The whole process took about 2 weeks.
There were a total of 4 rounds of interviews.
1. Technical Interview - Virtual: A bunch of javascript-based questions, From basic to advanced questions. This round also consisted of 2 coding questions where one was deep clone of an object where functions were also present. Some tricky questions were also there to apply concepts such as call, apply and bind. All in all, it was a great interview experience.
2. Technical Interview - Virtual: This interview was an in-depth nodejs interview along with javascript, and MySQL concepts as well. 2 coding questions were also there, find the second largest number in an array with 1 loop, and find anagram. I was also asked to design a database schema structure for an e-commerce website, we dove deeper into Nodejs core concepts. I couldn't answer 1 or 2 questions but somehow I passed.
3. Managerial - Onsite: Initially HR thought I was from a different state and offered to reimburse my ticket and provide 3-day accommodation, But I informed her that I was in Hyderabad itself. This was one of the best interview processes I have been a part of. Casual discussion regarding technology, my behaviour and my future goals.
4. HR - Onsite: We discussed my future plans and where I see myself and the hybrid system which the office follows, it's mandatory to come to the office a few days a week, which I was completely okay with. We talked about my expectations.
The remuneration was not aligned to my expectations, that's the only reason why I did not proceed with the company. But apart from that it looks like a great place to work and grow.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fission Labs
Interview
It started with an on premise written test. Followed by three rounds of technical interview and one management round with the project manager. First three rounds on the first day. The last management round was at around one week later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The written test had several MCQs related to data structures, algorithm, and other CS topics. There were two programming questions. One of them was to print a pattern, which is usually done to two loops, with one only loop.
Then there was first technical interview, questions were related to python, dictionaries, tuples and some mathematical question related to probabilities etc.
The second round had a design question. They asked "how would you create a service like bitly". Specific questions were asked related to handling scalability, and fault tolerance.
The third round was related to Linux and server administration. I feel like this round was specific to me because I highlighted Linux as a primary skill in my resume.
Finally, there was management round with the project manger. This was around a week after the other rounds.
