I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fitbit in Jun 2015
Interview
The 1st interview involved an appointment a week after an email was sent out by the recruiter. I'm not quite sure why such a long time far out for just an interview with one person. Anyhow, during the phone interview only 2 questions were asked, but before that the recruiter talked about where he came from and how long he has been with Fitbit. His first question was if I had any experience leading teams. The answer was yes and explained where I received the experience. No further questions were asked which seemed odd. They he asked what I had done prior. I explained and he did not ask any further questions. It was probably the most basic and dumb interview I have ever had. This shows how involved they are in finding the perfect fit for the position. The products themselves were not 100% designed by Fitbit, which explains the carelessness in the process. Go find a different company, this one I a strange one. Then an email was received that they were looking at other candidates. Dumb ditty dumb dumb dumb.
