Found out about the position through a recruiter. The CEO had an extremely offputting demeanor in person - very aggressive and seemed to lack empathy/rapport building skills. He typed into a laptop during the entire interview and seemed rushed, kept on emphasizing how he did not have very much time to speak.
Asked for three references, as well as about former managers during the initial phone screen (way too early in the interview process for that). Also went as far as to ask for me to coordinate a 15 minute slot and a google calendar invite for him to speak with all three references, even after I provided contact information. Overall, the interview spoke for itself in terms of how employees are probably treated at this process.
Better to save your time, don't interview here.
