I think that most of the questions are about the details of design, the passion in design, portfolio walk through, casual authenticity is important during the process. I also think that most of the time, the interviewer would try to be as chill as possible. You would be fine if you have done research about this company

What is your strength in design and how do you retrieve your skills in data-driven journalism
Fairly comprehensive interview, where they asked specific questions but most were generally predictable. Was with a panel of various employees you'd be working with and pretty long for a first-round interview.

Interview
Very positive experience all around. I applied in March 2022 and received an email in mid-April about scheduling a phone screening with a Disney recruiter. The recruiter was very friendly and just asked a few general questions to see if my skills matched the position. I had a Zoom interview with two people on the team later that week, where we discussed the role responsibilities more in-depth, as well as projects I've worked on, my interest in the company, and what I want to do in the future.
