Flashlight put me in contact with several people on the team prior to interviewing to ask questions and get a feel for the company culture. Had several phone calls with the COO discussing the role. Gave two virtual demos of the product over two days. After the first demo I was given feedback and then asked to implement that in the next demo. I felt the entire interviewing process was well-planned and that those I was interviewing with gave great feedback, were engaged and helped me get a great feel for what it is like being on the team.
