Fledging interview questions

A short phone interview, a work product to complete within 1 hour and submit prior to the panel interview, an office tour, a 3-person panel interview, and an interview with the CEO.

It was a very extensive process. First there was an phone call about their current marketing process and company culture. Second, I had to create a strategic marketing plan for the company as a part of the process. I went into the office for a final interview - which was about two sets of interviews - one with coworkers and then with the former CEO.
