First round carried out by Talent Acquisition member - do your homework well study company background sincerely - Read the the punch line of company showed on Big LED well in advance.
Round 2 - Team leaders carry out this round - be good at your communication - tell what is necessary - be very specific to the question
Round three - Manager will appear with extensive knowledge & experience - be friendly with them & dont gamble with ans - be frank if you dont know about ans
Round four - sign the contract & welcome aboard.

All about supply chain -a t least remember the definition
some about procurement - if you dont know anything its totally fine
Excel - must
most expected question - you are engineer why want to be in procurement - be prepared.
computer handy - say blindly yes
ready to relocate - say yes as cabs will pick you up within urban area of pune or else you will e kicked out
ready to work in any shift - take time if not ready walk away from your chair - generally three shifts - morning 5030 to 1430 night 1800 to 0200 general which you wont get anyway -0800 to 1700 day shift awesome hours 1100 to 2000 (numbers are time with 24 clock hour for some dumbos; you can laugh at you now :P)
Have to clear a Exam round, then interview Assitant Manager, then final interview round with Manager. The process fir smooth no issue at all. I received confirmation for HR team within 2 weeks and orientation and onboarding happened within next 3 weeks

Interview
The interview was good and you need great communication skills and industry knowledge. You also need to be well prepared about the company and what it offers to the customer.
I attended online, it was during the pandemic time. I received an invite from HR where they explained the interview process followed by a online aptitude test and managerial interview through zoom. once manager round is completed there will be one more call with HR where the salary negotiations will happen.
