Initial Recruiter screening that led to panel interview to via Teams to confirm skills and knowledge of SMT assembly and processes, then in person interview on-site with Operations and Production Managers. Oddly, never introduced to HR manager. Felt as though they posted the job to fish as they were tasked with decision to hire local or relocate colleagues from Mexico facility. Why not do both and get started on improving production performance and overall quality while transitioning expert from another plant location?
