Interview
The process had three stages. First was a 1-hour remote interview with quants, covering my past 5 years experience, reasons for job search, cultural fit, and many trading-related tech questions. Second was a home assignment with multiple subtasks in Python/C++ related to energy trading metrics and analytics. The final stage was a 1.5-hour tech discussion with developers about my solutions, design choices, and architecture decisions. Overall positive, practical, and business-relevant, but there were long delays of over 3 weeks between stages
