Interview
I interviewed over the phone directly with the hiring manager for this small association — the position would have been working closely with her. The interview took place in February and went well; I left feeling confident and was told she would follow up.
I was certainly qualified, but it became clear this role was largely about personal fit with the Director. After the interview, I sent both a thank-you note and a follow-up within two weeks and received absolutely no response. It's disappointing that a simple reply — even just a brief "we've moved in a different direction" — couldn't be extended to someone who took the time to interview. Common courtesy goes a long way.

Interview
Standard interview questions, spent a lot of time describing the role. Questions were limited though. Seems like we could’ve spent more time talking about my experience. Office tour was engaging. Had two people in the interview ( president and other director).

Interview
The interview itself was short, more of them pitching the company, less of an interview. Asked about myself and my experience. Told me a ton about the position. Interviewed by two people. No follow up from them.
