Good process. But comp was too low than market. It was a waste of time and effort. Could have been better . I would rate 2/5 for this reason. Questions were good and technical. Early stage company and young founder.
The interview process was great, the interviewer was really friendly. Most of the questions asked were related to the projects i have mentioned in my resume. And few theoretical questions were also asked.

What are outliers? How remove outliers from the dataset?
A junior resource keep the confusing conversation on for a month. No clarity given on exact role or being shortlisted for F2F.1 month down the line I connect with the Founder of the company he too clearly took no action for the caused chaos by junior resource rather pushed it on another junior resource to handle it keeping apart himself.Clearly this company is a basic level start up with absolute lack of not just hiring process but the professional way of conduct too.Think twice before approaching them
