Flushing Town Hall interview questions

Met in person with a someone in Marketing and Community Engagement. Generic questions about experience. Then was give an overnight "assignment" to create a mock advertising budget. Basically they wanted free labor and ideas for fundraising without having to pay. No information was given on actual budget or numbers.
