I applied online. I interviewed at Foodsteps (London, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
They didn't even show up to the interview. They require a compulsory cover letter, so I wrote one spending several hours to produce something meaningful. They invite me to the interview and they did not show up. I followed up with 2 emails. no answer. So I understand busy work but it is a bit a counter sense to work to make the world a better place if there is this type of approach to candidate and this fault of respect on abusing people time. Not a great introduction
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Foodsteps (London, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
The process took quite a while. First started with a 30 minute screening meeting. Later on I had a home assessment, that was a pretty easy task, however we had a lot of time to deliver back. That part was successful and I was invited for a more technical meeting that took around 2 h in their office. The meeting experience was very positive, everyone was so lovely and nice. First was a technical interview about the results of the home assessment, later a interview with a design team and marketing team. After that I supposed to have a last interview with CEO, however was rejected to the fact that the position was more as a leadership level.
Overall, very positive experience.
