I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company
Interview
I applied through a recruiter at my school's career fair. I was asked to take a couple online assessment one personality and one sort of general IQ (very easy: reading graphs, basic reading comprehension, basic math, some logic etc). I then had an in-person interview that was non-technical. I ended up not taking the position because they could not tell me exactly what team I would be on/what my role would be.
