Interview
Went in-store for the interview and saw other girls, so I assumed it was a group interview but it wasn't. Managers made each one of us go into each section of the store and told us to fold clothes or hand out item bags to customers until they would come up to us individually to ask questions. I was asked only 2 questions... Overall, it was extremely strange and unprofessional.
simple and not very structured,they seem more concerned on looks and hiring people with no experience rather than experienced people with potential to drive the business. People seem friendly, but interviews are too simple and obvious they are looking for looks.

It was quick and easy. It did not last more than 20 minutes and I had no prior retail experience before applying. They asked me basic interview questions. I recommend applying
fairly easy interview process and i just got done with work today and it was supposed to be done today but it is still not going on today so we are not doing it now but we need a little bit to do the stuff for you guys today
