They ask you what fashion is in style and want to see how well you can do customer service environment, Its not as easy if you have no fashion style you wont get hired so dress to your best ability

Easy interview process. Straight forward. Straight to the point. Easy going. Cool. Nothing too hard or crazy. Simple behavioral questions and then situational scenarios also thrown in there. Great interview.

Fairly straightforward questions about customer service and work ethic, opinions on Forever21 as a brand. It was a pretty informal interview process and was more of an onboarding than an interview. I was hired directly after the interview ended.
