It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
I turned in my application on a Saturday or Sunday and they called me the following day. They were able to work with my schedule since, I am in school, and I was able to come in for a one on one interview rather than the group interview. I was interviewed with the manager and one of the assistant managers. They asked me why I wanted to work there, what trends I saw coming up, what I though about they customer service there, and told me to tell them about myself. Later that night they called offering me a position, which I accepted.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
What trends do you see coming up for this season?
What do you think about the customer service at Forever 21?
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
