Pleasant one, very dynamic. Really wanting for you to show the knowledge you have of the company. Sat down with two people and both were really prepared. I really enjoyed it.

Question 1
What would yo do i’m a case a customer doesn’t want follow customer policies?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2011
Interview
Phone interview first then face to face interview. Took all of 30 minutes total for both interviews and then I got the call back a week later with the offer this was probably one of the easiest interviews I've ever been too. I would tell every one that they should just go in and talk. Be yourself.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Scranton, PA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Pretty difficult process, I was not prepared for so many follow up questions. Asked about former jobs and relevant experience. Not overly friendly. Would apply again, not a bad experience.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 5 years at this company?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Very unprofessional. I had a phone interview and then was brought on site to meet the hiring manager, HR recruiter, and a VP. The interview went very well as I had in depth experience in everything they brought up plus culturally we seemed to click. After the onsite meeting, there was ZERO communication from them. I had to reach out to them and they had the candid response "we are still in the process of interviewing candidates" and then crickets.
This speaks volumes about a company. If candidates take their precious time to go onsite for an interview for a few hours, their joke of an HR should at least COMMUNICATE with the candidates that they have moved on from the hiring process and you were not selected. COMMON COURTESY.
