Interview
I went into the store one day and there was a table with applications. I filled one out and the manager asked to see it when I was done. She hardly looked it over and offered me a group interview about 5 days later. The interview was 2 other girls and myself being interviewed by the assistant and co-managers. I was the last to answer every question in the order we were sitting but I still did not give the same answers as the two before me, or I would add a lot more if I agreed with part of their answer. The managers seemed to like my positive and outgoing attitude and I tried exuding as much confidence as possible. The interview took about 20 minutes and was very laid back and relaxed. The managers cracked a few jokes and made it a very calm environment. I dressed in high wasted black dress shorts and a blouse with a blazer. I left the interview with very high hopes and they said they would call us by the next week with an offer or not and I got a call about 20 minutes after I left and they offered me the job!

Question 1
If I saw a coworker put an item into a customers bag that was not rung up what would I do?
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
