There is a interview with the district manager and if you are considered you are called back for an interview with the store manager and district manager depending on the store. Some interviews are group interviews with different store managers to see if you are qualified for a new store opening.

Interview
The interview was a one on one styled dialogue and very personality and motivations based. (Not very technical ) The questions were holistic but straightforward in nature. It lasted anywhere from 30-40 minutes.
Good. Everthing went good. Process was just fine. It was 30 minutes long I want to say and they ask questions you probably hear at every other interview so nothing caught me by surprise.
Very friendly and welcoming, the questions were easy. She has excellent organization skills, remains calm, methodical under pressure and ensures that projects delivered on time, within budget and to the stipulated quality parameter
