Interviews with immediate managers and peer leaders, Case Study on an imagined client case study and Final Presentation based on client case study. Make sure to ask managers about annual objectives, past achievements and test for personality match with manager.
Several 30 minute interviews with leaders across the company. Final interview was meant to be a presentation to the leadership team face to face where you are asked to present on how you would take on the role in the first 90 days.
