I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Forrester (Boston, MA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Brought in like cattle to an "open house". There was a presentation by VP's, and then three interviews with two interviewers each. They didn't have my current resume, and didn't even notice until the end of the interview which struck me as absurd because I was specifically referring to duties that were nothing like my old position.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Forrester (Cambridge, MA) in Feb 2017
Interview
It was very straightforward. I was reached out to on Linkedin. Then I had a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview with multiple people. The people I met with were both managers and peers.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Forrester (Amsterdam)
Interview
Great application process in which you get the chance to informally speak with employees you would possibly be working together with. The application process consists of several telephone interviews, an on-site interview and a presentation. Prior to each stage you are very well informed- and prepared by a recruiter. After each stage you get the opportunity to recap together with this recruiter, something I experienced as very pleasant and helpful. Big thumbs up to all people involved in the application process. It felt to me as a great journey of applying at a very professional yet down-to-earth company.

I applied online. I interviewed at Forrester (London, England) in Sept 2016
Interview
I had a short 10 mins phone interview with a recruiter. She was very pleased with things I had to say about the company. Unfortunately we both decided not to proceed further after she told me about the salary - was too low and non negotiable.
